- Cartoon Animation by Preston Blair (every animator has a copy of this for a reason)
- 1960's Cereal Boxes (a rare find , get it if you can find it! I bought mine used)
- Arcade Fever (lots of images of old arcade machines and game art)
- Trademarks of the 60's and 70's (hundreds of trademarks, organized perfectly, great resource) )
- An Illustrated History of Video Games (one of my main go-to books for logo inspirations)
- Muybridge's Animals in Motion (great for animation, lots of photographs, but no instruction)
